I purchased a Living Social voucher, in June, for a 2-hour class. After I bought it, I sustained an injury to my hip which was so excruciatingly painful that I could not sit or stand for more than half an hour at a time. I could not have surgery until late August. After a 6 to 8 week recovery, I called the franchisee and asked for an extension due to my medical issues and was told in no uncertain terms that they "cannot do that" but I could spend "more money" to buy a class. Very poor customer relations! I won't be spending the extra money.
Uptown Art in Sussex is AMAZING! I love to bring my kids and my girlfriends out for a night of painting, drinking wine, and FUN!! Their staff (especially Fred) is wonderful, they made ME feel like an artist! Such a great place to relax!
